[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Acquisitions and EDI configuration wiki page

Hi all,

Michael Peters (Evergreen Indiana) and I have put together some steps
we've undertaken in learning how to setup and implement the parts needed
for Evergreen Acquisitions and EDI to work together.  This is a link to
