[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Purchase Orders in 2.0

Hi Mary and all,

Your findings mirror my findings - I can create POs from selection lists and ad brief records to existing POs, but cannot find a way to add bibs that exist in the Evergreen catalog or the MARC Federated Search tool to existing POs.  I would be interested to see if I am missing something, too.

Hi all,

I'm testing acquisitions in 2.0 and purchase orders have me stumped.  I want to be able to establish a PO and add items to it later on. The only way I can find to do that is by manually creating a brief record. What I'm looking to do is to be able to search the local catalog and send bib records to the established PO, but when I choose the action "View/Place Orders", I find I can add to an existing selection list or I can create a new PO. I don't get a choice to add to the PO I'd previously created. What am I missing? Or is the intent to always work from a selection list before creating a PO?
