[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Documentation site testing

Hi All,

docs.evergreen-ils.org should now be accessible from anywhere in the world.

After several  emails and discussions with our networking folks and our college wide service provider, the firewall filter blocking access from some international IPS seems to have been  removed.

Thanks to Repke, Ian and Joel for helping to test.

Please let me know if you still cannot access the site from your location.
