[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Call numbers not appearing

Hi, All:

 

Our call numbers ceased to appear on our OPAC when we upgraded from version
1.6.0.4 to version 1.6.1.4; we now get the alert that "there are no copies
in this location."   We are able to see our call numbers on the staff-client
module.  We are also able to see the call numbers of another library system
in our cooperative, but only if we access their records via their own OPAC.
No call numbers show up if we use our own OPAC to search the other library.
We can locate our own records via the other library's OPAC, but call numbers
are not displayed.

 

The other library system in our cooperative initially had this problem, but
some technical help resolved the issue for them.  This fix didn't help our
situation, so we are looking for additional ideas.  Thank you.
