[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Documentation site testing

Hi Robert,

Unfortunately, I still can¹t access the Œdocs.evergreen-ils.org¹ from here
in Australia.

I¹ve tried accessing the site multiple times during the day and still
haven¹t been able to access it.
