[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Star SP200

[Jason Boyer]

Star's driver page only mentions the SP200 and SP2000 drivers working with
serial or parallel connections. Are you sure it's an SP200 model? The full
model number should be on the bottom somewhere.
