[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] inventory question

Hi everyone,

We're planning inventory for our libraries and I was thinking of using laptops with metrologic scanners to check in items as we go along the shelves. I know this is probably a tough question to answer, but do you think using a wireless connection would be unwise for this task? Would it make more sense to use off-line circ?
