[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Overlaying MARC bib records in batch file upload

Hi Steven,
We haven't been using the auto-import settings when uploading records for
overlay. When there is a match in the system and we want to overlay the
record, we go into the record queue, click the "Matches" link, check the
Overlay Target checkbox to mark that record as an overlay target, click the
"Back to Import Queue" button, and do the process all over again for other
matches in the queue. Once we have done this for all matching items, we
select "Import Selected" from the Actions menu. I don't know if there is an
easier way to do this (it's a little labor intensive), but this is the only
way we've been able to successfully overlay records in Vandelay.
