[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Serials Import from Bibliographic or Legacy Serials Record

The button "Import from Bibliographic or Legacy Serials Record" for serials.
 I couldn't find documentation but I was wondering if it is supposed to
allow you to import a prediction pattern if one exists on the bib record?
