Hi all,

Sorry again about overlooking the workflows document when posting. I have added MS Word 97-2003 versions of each document to the Dokuwiki start page:

http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=start

Please let me know if there are more questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Chris
