[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] KCLS launches new skins

Hello Again,
KCLS did not launch ecommerce with the new skins as planned.
We hope to launch this module sometime next week.
We are working on PCI compliance and a few other things that we will share with the community when we have completed these pieces.
