Should be fixed now.

Error occurred during processing because of conflicting xml:id attributes (xml:id="MARC") in different chapters (Cataloguing and Glossary).  I changed one and reprocessed.

When I just now tried to get the PDF of the 2.0 draft documentation, I
got a 404 error.
