Hi Tim,

It sounds like you need to change the filesystem permissions of the
files in your web folder (ie: using chown and chmod) You could just
try a chown -R opensrf:opensrf /openils for starters.  Make sure the
opensrf user has read permisson for that file (rbrowser.xul).

If you are using a separate server for reports you might want to check
to see if your NFS share is writeable.
