[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] EBSCO A-Z

Does anyone upload the EBSCO A-Z ADD, Delete and Change files monthly? What is the trick in getting them to upload correctly so that they immediately show up in the OPAC with a location status of ONLINE? 

I retrieve the marc file through the A-Z FTP service: http://atozftp.ebsco.com
