[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] hard due dates?

However, when I try to save the rule I've created, Evergreen just hangs.
I'll keep trying though...and will make note of how to do this for next semester. :-)

The circulation policies are referring to a hard due date rule. You
will need to configure that first. Then it should appear in the
dropdown when editing the circulation policies.
