i have installed the evergreen client 2.0.9  it registers and gives error

Error in props2object in message catalog in bindings.xml: Internalerror:
allocation size overflow

I have installed it from the evergreen site download link it was the
pre-packed installer           

evergreen-setup-rel_2_0_9_2.exe

Just for the mailing list archives, Faiz asked about this in IRC and it was
memcached not running (based on a setting in /etc/default/memcached).
