Faiz,

If you would, configure the staff client to use the debug console as
described on this wiki page:
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=scratchpad:debug_console

And then share the contents of that screen with us when the error
occurs.  Note, that this will expose your server name and/or IP
address, and maybe the username/password you're using.
