Hi Tim,

The last time one of my libraries reported this error, it turned out 
they'd used their old Horizon codes in the holdings tag instead of 
the new Evergreen values.

We have one library using MidWest, and we had to have the MidWest 
staff update the tag set-up to match the new Evergreen settings. (We 
were able to do the Ingram and Title Source set-up ourselves.) Is it 
possible that MidWest doesn't have your Evergreen values in place for 
orders yet?
