[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Standing hold lists

We manage standing hold requests for patrons, similar to standing order 
plans.  Essentially a user can ask to be placed on hold for all new 
books by an author or in a specific genre.  An example would be someone 
who wants to read all our new large print mysteries.  Sometimes we have 
a long list of books that need to be placed on hold for multiple people. 
  We go through one by one and place each hold for each patron, which is 
extremely time consuming.  Is there an efficient way to do this using 
buckets or some other feature in Evergreen?  We are using 2.1.
