[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Demo Servers and Amazon Web Services images

Hi Lori,
I've also found these useful when, for one reason or another, I cannot
access I cannot access one of my own test servers or when I'm
reviewing/creating documentation for a version of Evergreen that is not
otherwise accessible to me. I can't say I use them a whole lot, but
there have been times when it's been very convenient to have them available.
