[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] [OPEN-ILS-DEV] JSPAC removal blockers, what and which are they?

Mike,

If you were to set up such a thing (maybe just a google form?) and hijack
any bug-specific threads with a reminder of it, I think that would be great.
