The list comes from the EDI specification. At the time, it was not clear
what cancel causes Evergreen would use, but we have a better grasp of that
now. Here's the list actually used by Evergreen:

1, 'invalid_isbn', 'ISBN is unrecognizable'
2, 'postpone', 'Title has been postponed'
3, 'delivered_but_lost', 'Delivered but not received; presumed lost'

Anything with an ID < 2000 is custom and/or not part of the EDI spec
and should be kept.

1002, 'Deleted', 'The information is to be or has been deleted.'
1003, 'Changed', 'The information is to be or has been changed.'
1004, 'No action', 'This line item is not affected by the actual message.'
1005, 'Accepted without amendment', 'This line item is entirely accepted by the seller.'
1010, 'Not found', 'This line item is not found in the referenced message.'
1211, 'Split quantity', 'Part of the whole quantity.'
1221, 'Ordered quantity', '[6024] The quantity which has been ordered.'
1246, 'Pieces delivered', 'Number of pieces actually received at the final destination.'
1283, 'Backorder quantity', 'The quantity of goods that is on back-order.'

I have been planning for some time to open an LP ticket to clear the
rest of the cancel reasons out. I'll be taking care of that shortly,
hopefully before 2.2.

Hope this helps.
