[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 2.3 Alpha1 released

Good news, everyone. 

I'm pleased to announce the release of Evergreen 2.3 Alpha1!

As always, files may be downloaded from http://evergreen-ils.org/downloads.php

Since this is still bleeding edge, we do not have release notes, but there is a ChangeLog and installation README available on the downloads page.  Some notable additions for this release so far:

* Search Filter Groups
* Support for nested boolean search filters
* New holds pull list interface (using FlattenerGrid)
* AutoSuggest caching
* Documentation merged into mainline code
* Many bug fixes and more...

This is the first of likely 2 alpha releases, with the next one tentatively scheduled for 2 weeks from now.  After that, the first beta release and feature freeze date is Wednesday, August 1st. 

As always, testing and comments are appreciated.  Clearing up any bugs with the code or issues with the release process now will help to ensure a smooth and timely 2.3 release in Sept.
