[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Editing/deleting org units

This is a brand new install, so no, the org units are not in use.  Thanks for the response, Galen!  We will look into using SQL...I was trying to save the tech staff some work. :)

Do you know if any of the OUs you want to remove are currently in use by any items or patrons?  If they're not, what I would recommend using using SQL to delete them.
