[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Importing Serials Records

This is just a shot in the dark, but perhaps the *.exout file is
actually in MARC format, just with a strange extension? Perhaps it is
intended to convey "extract output" or "export output"? If you changed
the file extension to *.mrc or *.out, would the import error still be
generated?

The files I've used are either .mrc or .dat files. I've never seen an
exout file.

I received an exported record of serials to import into Evergreen and
I'm having some issues. It is a .exout file, which I had never heard of
until now. When I try to import the records, it does not progress past
0%, and it does not appear in the queue. Has anyone else heard of exout,
is that the normal extension for this? Or am I just doing something else
wrong?
Thanks,
Ryan Allred
