[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Canned reports

Here's one place it's available:

[Evergreen/ILS-Contrib.git]/ESI-Examples/reports/]

Note some reports might not be compatible with 2.2 i.e. they need to 
tested and feedback/patches would be quite appreciated.
