[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Windows 7 and Epson TM-T88V thermal receipt printer woes

I can confirm that this driver worked for us on EG 2.0.x and Win7 
64bit.  Technically we were using the Epson TM-T90 printer, but it 
didn't seem to care that I installed the T88V driver.
