[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Setting to allow patrons to change username

Hi Tim,

If you set the library setting, "Allow multiple username changes" to 
TRUE and the "lock username" setting to FALSE, does that work?  When I 
created a new patron record, the barcode was identical to the username.  
With these settings, I was able to login to the patron's account and 
change the barcode username to other usernames multiple times.
