[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Tracing a billing transaction

Hello.

I was recently asked to trace a billing transaction to see what user changed an item status to lost. I was not able to find this information in the database. Our testing also seemed to indicate that when a user (staff) changes an item to lost, the transaction is noted as "System generated".

Do our findings seem correct or are we missing something?
