[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Fines in Evergreen 2.3.2

Our fines for most items max out at $5.00 per item and accrue at a
rate of $.15 per day. I finally figured out that Evergreen is maxing out at $5.10 because $5.00 is not evenly divisible by $.15.


Hey, nobody said I had to be a math whiz!


Is there a way that Evergreen can calculate partial day fines, or is this something we just have to live with?
