[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] report giving count of noncataloged items checked out

Rogan is correct. What Evergreen does is check the item out, then
immediately back in. Thus creating the circulation Record.

If I remember correctly (always a dangerous assumption) they are standard
circ records and thus will be around forever and ever unless you have put
something in place to wipe old records.

Hi all,

I finally found out how to check out our ephemeral (noncataloged) items in
Evergreen! What I don't know is if the system keeps a count of these items
and for how long it keeps that count. Is it just until the items disappear
from the patron record?

Thanks,
