[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Item alert message requiring override

[Trisha Cantwell Keene]

We would like to have alert messages on certain circulating items but do
not want to have to override everytime the item is checked in or out.
Is there a way to turn off the override requirement for item alert messages
(that you add to the item record when cataloged?)
