[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Pre-cat issue

We are a 2 branch system, running Evergreen 2.2.2 within a larger consortium. No one else in our consortium is having the problem.
Staff in one branch have no trouble creating Pre-cat items, but staff in the other branch fill in the form and then get an error message (Network failure.....). I've looked through Evergreen menus, but can't find anything that looks like it might apply. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can look for a solution to this problem?
