[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Setting Reading Level in the Vandelay process

Hi Kathy,

We do include the MARC fields, but we have historically also tracked
Reading Level on the copy level.

I agree it would make things much simpler to be able to set a H.I.P. up
with a default.

I wonder whether any other libraries have run into this?
