[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Removal of old Evergreen virtual images from website

This is just an FYI announcement to inform everybody that old Evergreen
virtual images have been removed from Evergreen website and server as of
this morning.  These were virtual images from old development branches
intended for testing/trial and have not been supported for quite some time.

I'd like to add a special thank you to Dan Scott (Laurentian University)
and Dan Wells (Calvin College) and doubtless others who have helped
contribute development virtual images for Evergreen over the past several
years.

Moving forward, I think it's worth further community and developer
discussions on future provision and upkeep of Evergreen virtual images and
if we desire to resume providing them.
