[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Event State Shows as Pending

Hello All,

We have activated a Trigger to send an email notification to a patron once
he/ she checkin a book. Even after the Event Run Time is over it shows in
Patron's Account that it is  in PENDING state. What should be checked to
find out the reason. What should be the validator setting. We cannot sent
any other notification using action / trigger mechanism.
