[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Transactions closing prematurely - bug 793550

We have run into this bug with three transactions on a patron record.

We are on 2.2.3 so do not have the fix yet.

The transactions hit their max fine, the fine was forgiven (closing the 
transaction), and the items were then claimed returned. The items now do not 
show in the bottom of the Checked Out Items screen on the patron record.

I am wondering about setting action.circulation.xact_finish to NULL for these 
three transactions to make them reappear in the claimed returned area on the 
patron record. Are there any unintended consequences to doing this?
