[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 2.3.7 and 2.2.9 Released

Hi All,

Evergreen versions 2.3.7 and 2.2.9 are now available for download.  These
are fairly minor releases with a handful of bug fixes each.  Downloads,
changelogs, etc. are available at http://evergreen-ils.org/downloads.php
