[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] "Add to my list" feature in OPAC not displaying properly?

Hi Debbie,
I can confirm the same behavior on 2.3 and on master. It seems to only
happen with logged-in users. For anonymous users, I still see it
changing to "Remove from my list."
If you file a bug report on it in Launchpad, I'll be happy to confirm it.
