[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] demo server

Hi Cheryl,

I believe David Busby is the provider of that demo server, and he last mentioned that he will revive it for the upcoming Documentation “hack-a-way” in November.

Until then, you can try using this one:

I spotted that one on the wiki at this page, which might be worth keeping an eye on:

I could be wrong but I have a trickle of memory that tells me that's one isn't supported anymore.  Someone may correct me shortly though.
