[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Importing bibs and holdings from TitleSource3 (Baker & Taylor)

Do you load bib records and holdings (via MARC tag 852) from TitleSource 
into Evergreen?

If so, would you share a screen shot of your MARC profile on TitleSource?

I'm using the default Evergreen 852 export format.  I've set up the MARC 
profile on TitleSource (e.g., where tag 852 =g is "21D", our normal book 
CIRC MOD, etc.).  But I get import errors such as these:
