[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Documentation for new features in 2.5

Hi Rose,

The release notes for 2.5 that Kathy mentioned (
http://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/previews/RELEASE_NOTES_2_5.html) will
be the most comprehensive list of new features in 2.5 and are a great place
to start when evaluating a possible upgrade.
