[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Help finding the opt-in for patron circulation history

Hi all,

 Some of our patrons would love Evergreen to keep their circulation history automatically with out the need to put items in a bookbag. I know Evergreen is capable of this as I turned it on in the library setting editor, but I can't seem to find the page in the documentation that tells us how to make that available to patrons.
