Account Preferences>> Search Preferences and then with the questions Tony listed below.
Warning- if a patron unchecks those boxes s/he will lose their checkout history....

Hi Deana,

I'm no expert, but on our system, if the patron logs on via the OPAC, it shows up in their account settings:

Keep history of checked out items?
Keep history of holds?
