[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Where to toggle online circulation tracking

Hello,

I have read that the Evergreen catalog allows patrons to turn on circulation history tracking. Can someone tell me where to find the command to toggle this on? I have turned on the "tag circulated items in results" flag in the library setting editor, but still am unable to find where patrons turn on the tracking!
