[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] patron self-registration

You can change that text string in the register.tt2 file.

It'll look like this :

        [% IF ctx.register.success %]

            <h3>[% l('Registration successful!') %]<h3>

            <h4>[% l('Please see library staff to complete your
registration.') %]</h4>
