[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Report for 'last edited date'.

We are embarking on a collection inventory utilizing Indiana's process. I
am in need of the 'last edited date' report. Would someone share so I can
create a report template from scratch. Been working on it on my own and
can't quite seem to get it correct.
