[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Inconsistent/wrong search results when searching by location in TPAC

Saving myself further -- it isn't showing up in PINES for some reason.
Sysadmin is putting put other fires so we will figure out why later.

Ahh-- now I follow the thread. I usually search all of PINES and rarely
just a branch so haven't seen this in the OPAC filters. We just went live
with 2.5 from 2.3 this week and my initial test searching as not for a
branch.

The filter was restored to tpac in 2.5.
