[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Time to refine:Stripping OCLC alphabetic prefixes and zeros

One more import issue. Is it possible to strip alphabetic characters and/or
initials zeros from incoming OCLC records? Is it possible to include the
OCLC number in the general keyword index but not include the initial
alphabetic characters and zeros?
