[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Help with Circulation Limit Sets & Groups

Thank you to Jason and Joan! I think I finally have it sorted out (at least my test patron was able to check out 5 magazines and a DVD today). I had to update all the circ policies that were impacted by this problem to reflect the new Circ Limit Sets I set up the other night!

I still would like to know what the Circulation Limit Groups does, though. Don't worry, I have no intention of trying it to see what it does...
